Great product
My go to fuel for road rides. Tastes great and does not need to be consumed with water. I never leave home without at least one in my jersey....

Great energy gel
I started setting new PRs the first time using SIS gels. Great product, turbo charges my legs, but only lasts about 30 minutes. I bring 1 SIS gel for every 12 miles that I'm planning to ride. 60 miles = 5 gels.

Best gels, hands down

Easily the best gels, in my opinion. Flavor and consistency is much lighter than gu-style gels, and easier to get down, and not having to drink water with them is the best.

Good stuff, for short and long rides

These are my favorite gels. Reasonably good flavor selection. I really like these gels, especially on long hot rides, as the gel is easy to get down. The packages can be a bit difficult to open, but I am getting used to the process.

Great product but my batch is very hard to open

Love the SIS products and they are rocket fuel in a pouch! Usually don't have issues opening but this batch seems to not be easy at all....even trying to use the teeth to rip open the packet is VERY hard. That is the only reason it didn't get a 5 star is due to the access or ease of ability of opening the product.

I've been using the GO gels on longer rides and during my last (well, only) race of the year so far.
The down size is that they take up more space than a regular gel; however I find that they go down so much easier--no interminable aftertaste or need to gulp down water like other gels. My stomach seems to tolerate them better as well.
I've tried the vanilla flavor and tropical flavor so far, with vanilla being much better.
