Fuel up with science-based nutrition.
Work out harder and train faster with the energy and hydration to keep you in motion for hours. Prepare to crush the competition with Science In Sport Beta Fuel.
A breakthrough in endurance nutrition, this PH-neutral isotonic solution has been developed to maximize carbohydrate absorption while minimizing the risk of gastrointestinal distress. This is achieved by a 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to fructose, perfect for providing massive energy with no setbacks. Fueling requirements for long endurance events are 60-90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. Added fructose enables the body to absorb 90g carbohydrate every hour, which is 50% more than the bare minimum that you can achieve with glucose alone. Groundbreaking fuel technology is backed by Chris Froome and Team Sky, leading them to victory at the 2018 Giro d'Italia and Geraint Thomas at Le Tour.
And make sure you can trust what you put in your body. Not only is Science In Sport Beta Fuel Informed Sport certified, but it is also vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, wheat-free and nut-free.

Great taste with even better results.

Decided to give Beta Fuel a try after using other brands that have similar drink mixes that are high calorie and high carb. I'm really bad at eating on the bike, especially during intense rides and workouts, and I find that drinking my calories between eating real food drastically extends my time before bonking. Beta Fuel so far has been my favorite, and most effective, of the new drink mixes with drinking your calories in mind.
On top of being effective, Beta Fuel is pretty high up there with my favorite tasting drink mixes. It's truly a pleasure to drink this on the bike.
My only complaint is that I wish it came in a tub instead of single serve pouches. I understand they use the sachets to ensure the correct mix-to-water ratio, but it seems wasteful.
