Decided to give Beta Fuel a try after using other brands that have similar drink mixes that are high calorie and high carb. I'm really bad at eating on the bike, especially during intense rides and workouts, and I find that drinking my calories between eating real food drastically extends my time before bonking. Beta Fuel so far has been my favorite, and most effective, of the new drink mixes with drinking your calories in mind.
On top of being effective, Beta Fuel is pretty high up there with my favorite tasting drink mixes. It's truly a pleasure to drink this on the bike.
My only complaint is that I wish it came in a tub instead of single serve pouches. I understand they use the sachets to ensure the correct mix-to-water ratio, but it seems wasteful.
