Don't let snow and ice force you off the bike with the Ice Spiker (26 Inch) from Schwalbe.

Biking can certainly be a challenge in colder climates where winters consistently feature accumulations of snow and ice. There's no reason to be forced inside and off the bike though. With the Ice Spiker, Schwalbe delivers a tire that provides traction for winter riding. 304 long metal spikes maintain purchase in extreme winter conditions, while the tread provides good grip on many off road surfaces. These tires are also very durable and provide a good deal of flat protection so you won't be stuck in the snow and cold changing a flat.

The Ice Spiker comes in 26 x 2.1 Inch (ISO 54-559) with a weight of 995 grams. Max inflation of 65 PSI.

Awesome traction!

These tires were worth every penny as they enabled me to continue my daily 15-mile ride through snow and ice and down to 11 degrees F. Excellent control on ice and I could go up hills that had cars spinning. The knobs allowed plowing through 6 of snow with slight spinning on the rear. . There was a bit of side to side slippage through slush when there were ice shelves below, but with good balance and powering through, nothing can stop these tires. Highly recommended.

I was able to ride the icy trails (and ponds) with no problem this winter. This was huge as such conditions kept me off the bike in prior years!

Daily winter commuter in the Boston area - I set up my RadCity commuter ebike with Icespikers front and rear and I ride 20 miles a day in and out of town on bike paths mostly - when I got snow - it cuts and keeps great directional control. High rolling resistance on pavement - but that's the tradeoff.
