A downhill and enduro workhorse for loose, rough, and spicy conditions, the Schwalbe Big Betty Super Downhill 29er is a mountain all-arounder that puts in the work when conditions get rowdy. The Big Betty features long supported braking edges for maximum braking traction and has large, stable shoulder blocks for outstanding cornering grip.

Fitted with Schwalbe's new Super Downhill casing, the burliest casing in Schwalbe's new lineup, the Big Betty offers maximum puncture protection and durability, with a burly carcass layer, two layers of sidewall reinforcement and a bead-to-bead protection layer.

Schwalbe also threw in their Addix Ultra Soft Compound, which is the grippiest in their lineup and offers loads of traction in rough terrain. The Big Betty works perfectly on the rear wheel and pairs well with the Schwalbe Magic Mary up front.
