The Saddle That Won The Tour de France In 2020 & 2021
Introducing the Prologo Scratch M5 Saddle, outfitted with a long nose 'T-Shape' design and the MSS (Multi-Sector System), which creates 5 mapped zones that support the rider in aggressive and non-aggressive positions.
Climb, sprint, or long stages: no matter the challenge faced, the Scratch M5 was Pogacar's perfect ally to become the best climber, the best youngster, and the best overall in the Tour.
Scratch M5 / Scratch M5 PAS is the new line of saddles that uses 4.0 technologies; innovative in terms of size, shape, and ergonomics, they are suitable for many uses and disciplines (Road/Off Road/Triathlon).
Thanks to the new design, size, and ergonomic 'T-Shape,' The Scratch M5 is suitable for both male and female body geometries. The size is 250 x 140mm and the weights vary depending on the model: the Nack version is only 155g, while the Tirox version is 189g.
The new MSS (Multi-Sector System), designed in collaboration with the Politecnico of Milano, improves comfort and performance. The active foams, separated from each other, create 5 mapped zones that work individually, supporting the normal pedaling movement both during the pushing and pulling phases. The round shape of the Scratch M5 allows the pelvis to rotate naturally, creating stability and support for the lumbar areas; it also favors the distribution of pressure over a larger surface.

Reviews
I have ridden with Prologo saddles in the past, on other bikes. I tried this one on my gravel bike, which is about 100% ridden on the road. I find the saddle too small for me. I am 5'6" and weigh about 168 lbs. On the last ride I did on this saddle, I was always shifting about, and thinking way to much about it, which to me, is a bad sign. I went back to the stock saddle supplied by Giant. In terms of the quality of construction, no issues there. It is very well crafted, and it looks killer on the bike. I really wanted to like it.
I have been riding this saddle on my trainer in zwifting racing and events. I haven't ridden it much outside yet because of our weather in upstate NY but if it feels good on the trainer I expect it to be awesome on the road
