Reviews
Have used this bag for around 150mi gravel riding.
Attaching with hook/loop strips was easy, but could not use small foam blocks on aero shape handlebar. The strips are not long enough for the blocks and the aero shape. Luckily had no problem underneath a Garmin 1040 + front mount. Zipper could easily be opened with one hand, but closing sometimes a miss. Big foam block for headtube is nice to keep bag from bouncing fore/aft and the hook/loop strip is actually too long, but still worked.
Side mesh pocket is small and could use hook/loop closure (maybe I'll use it for food wrappers). Interior zip pocket nice for flat objects and mesh pocket keeps small items from bouncing around, but not useful if you're packing this bag full. I would rather have an exterior mesh pocket out front with hook/loop closure for more organization.
Welded seams is really nice and should be waterproof. Maybe one side of zipper is not fully welded, not sure if it's just my example.
Overall decent, but not perfect as it should be for the price.
The Pro Discover Team Gravel Handlebar Bag is set up on my gravel bike and has some pros and cons:
Pros:
The bag is spacious enough to carry a phone, several Clif Bloks, a small canister of pepper spray, keys, and probably a small first aid kit.
I have not had to test it yet but I'm confident it will be waterproof as advertised.
Cons:
After using a handlebar bag w/o pockets or dividers, I thought a bag with pockets/dividers would be a good idea. But I was wrong. The dividing cloth tends to get in the way when I reach for items such as Clif Bloks. There is a front pocket with a zipper. Keeping it closed makes it a little easier to access items in the middle section. But if something is in the back pocket, it tends to weigh it down, making it hard to access something in the middle section. A bag w/ pockets like this is just as cumbersome as a bag w/o pockets but stiffer dividers might have helped in with this bag.
Another small problem with the bag is the zipper. The bag is stiff enough that it's easy to open with one hand but it can't easily be closed with one hand.
The information for this item mentions a light mount. I've yet to find it.
There is a small pocket on the side of the bag which might be useful if it had some sort of closure. Otherwise, anything in there will fall out going over rough terrain.
PROS
Fits nicely even on a women's XS gravel bike with smaller handlebars.
 Large enough to hold essentials.
Dividers allow you to put items within easy reach that you might need quickly such as pepper spray, Clif Bloks, and phone. Other items are kept out of the way.
Sometimes it's possible to unzip with one hand. Depends on whether zipper is pulled all the way to the end to close bag.
CONS
Unless it's extremely well hidden, there is no front light mounting strap. Wish there was a way to mount a front light.
Not for use with Garmin or Wahoo out front computer mount.
Not always easy to unzip with one hand. Depends on whether zipper is pulled all the way to the end to close bag.
Small size pocket would be useful with some velcro to keep it closed. Otherwise, anything in their will bounce out.
