The Pearl Izumi Commuter Rain Over Pant is designed to layer over everyday clothing with ease, letting you bike without a bath. Get full waterproof, breathable protection using PI's 2.5L WxB membrane technology and fully taped seams. These pants use a modern design with an elastic back waistband and standard button closure and full zip fly. BioViz powerful reflectives that reach 100m are on the hips and along the full length of the leg zipper. The leg zipper has an extended length to below the knee to make pulling them on over shoes a breeze.
