Description

Maintenance Made Easy

Unless you've got all the right tools, any bicycle repair job becomes way more challenging when your bike won't stop wobbling. The masterminds at Park Tool noticed how much the handlebars like to move when performing routine adjustments and created the HBH-3 Extendable Handlebar Holder to keep them steady.

The HBH-3 is constructed with anodized aluminum to enhance durability for a lifetime of repairs. Soft rubber straps save your paint job, while the telescoping body can fit your frame with ease. With its articulating clamps and adjustable straps, the HBH-3 can easily be attached in a wide variety of positions onto almost any handlebar, seatpost, frame, fork, or repair stand.

The HBH-3 securely holds handlebars in place on any bike in any position while in a repair stand. Useful for brake bleeding, cable and housing routing, lever adjustment, or any scenario where you want to prevent the handlebars from rotating, including storage or working with the bike rotated upwards.

Features:

  • Straps install onto any round tube from 12mm to 60mm (0.5" to 2.4")
  • Compatible with most irregular and aero-shaped tubing found on bicycles
  • Rotating articulating clamps allow for secure installation onto virtually any bike
  • Usable extension length of 18" to 32" (45cm to 81cm)
  • Collapses and folds to 17" (43cm) for storage

Works great

This tool is so much more convenient than using a bungee cord.

It's expensive, but every time I put a bike in the stand and need to keep the front wheel straight, I think: its worth it!

Like all Park Tools, it's well made and does the job.

The Park Tool HBH-3 Extendable Handlebar Holder does not seem sturdy enough to do the job but it does!

Tightening the securing knurl is easy and the rubber holds secure. Love it.

Straps on in a split second, holds bars in position securely while you work. Allows for bars to be turned or cocked to one side for expanded versatility. Once you get this tool, you'll wonder how you ever did without it (despite the fairly substantial price.).
