Smart storage.

The Ortlieb Frame-Pack Toptube bag is the smart solution for all who want to use their frame’s main triangle for storage space without having to do without their water bottle. The solution also works for those who have full-suspension mountain bikes with limited triangle space. With its 4-liter payload, the Toptube Frame-Pack provides plenty of space for heavy equipment such as tent poles, tools and food supplies, while also helping to secure a low center for improved rising performance. And given that the bag and its zipper are waterproof, you can even cross rivers on your bikepacking tour without worrying about your stuff getting wet.

The Frame-Pack attaches easily to your top tube and seat tube with the help of sturdy and highly adhesive Velcro straps. 4 liter storage volume.

Great frame pack for mid sized items. Waterproof, and dust-proof. The only problem is that the zipper is on the wrong side. If you lay your bike down and want access to the bag, the bike has to be laying on the drive side. The zipper should be placed opposite the drive side of the bike.

Alaska-proof bag.

I've used this bag enough for a meaningful review. I love it. It is waterproof. Lots of products claim waterproofness, but they aren't. I've had this in torrents of rain with all the accompanying road grit and there were no problems. The zipper is herculean and seals snugly at the end. The attachment loops are strong and well-placed. I've had another brand (not inexpensive) whose velcro material is a lesser grade and has worn out. Also, the size is nice. I can fit a pump, repair tools, and enough food for an epic all-day gravel ride or century. But it still leaves room for a tall water bottle in the seat tube cage. I don't see myself straying from Ortlieb products. They are well designed and well made.
