The NiteRider Aero bar mount offers a light mounting solution for increased visibility and safety while you're out clocking in those high-speed miles tucked into the aero bars. With the proper strap tension set, the Aero Handlebar Mount is secured in place delivering a high degree of stability by way of the soft rubber pad under the mount.

Well, it fits an aero bar, unlike most mounts supplied with lights, BUT...hard to get tight enough. There's extra strap to figure out what to do with without making it flap in the breeze. Can't cut it, or you wouldn't be able to take it on/off.
