An essential ingredient to victory.
Team Sky posed the challenge of creating a tour-worthy chain lube to Muc-Off and together Muc-Off’s research team and Team Sky achieved the Team Sky Hydrodynamic Lube: Tour Edition. With the support of this chain lube, Team Sky twice achieved victory at the Tour de France. This exceptional petroleum-free formula is the result of in-house testing conducted by Muc-Off’s groundbreaking invention, the Chain Lube Optimisation Dyno (or C.L.O.D). This machine was designed and built by Muc-Off as a means to test and analyze chain lube prototypes, collect detailed quantifiable data, and satisfy Team Sky’s challenge. With the help of C.L.O.D., Muc-Off fulfilled the challenge in rendering a chain lube that is resilient in the face of all kinds of weather and extremely durable thanks to formula that contains film-forming properties and extreme pressure additives that promote a low friction environment.
Team Sky’s Hydrodynamic Lube: Tour Edition is super easy to use thanks to the bottle’s built-in pipette and the lube’s UV dye additive that illuminates under a UV light (which comes with the lube) so you don’t have to wastefully over-lube your chain to ensure you didn’t miss anything. Finally, for a limited time, this chain lube features a yellow Tour de France winner’s jersey themed bottle to commemorate Team Sky’s two Tour de France victories.

I may have reviewed this before, but since Ive been using it a while and love it, heres an update. This is excellent lube, and as its name kind of implies, can be used in wet or dry conditions. Its pretty good in winter at not accumulating too much grit, and lasts about 100 miles or more, depending on weather. In dry conditions, its lasts much longer. The lubrication is top notch you can seriously tell the difference when you reapply.
I know some will knock the price, but Ive used various cheaper lubes, and hydrodynamic is just superior.
