Dual-Purpose Pedals Offer The Best Of Both Worlds

Clipless pedals make riding easier because having your foot firmly anchored to the pedal means more of your energy goes into moving the bike forward - but they come with the commitment of wearing pedal-specific footwear.

The solution? MSW CP-100 dual-sided pedals, which gives you the efficiency of clipless riding on one side and the simplicity of a flat, cleat-free platform on the other that can be ridden with any shoe or sneaker.

Features:

  • Dual-purpose: wear casual shoes OR bike shoes
  • Easy to clip in and out
  • Increased control & efficiency
  • Durable ED-Coated Aluminum Body
  • Cromoly Spindle
  • Ball Bearings
  • 2-bolt, SPD-style Cleats Included
  • Toe Clip Compatible
  • Adjustable Tension
  • 320g

Great pedal for stationary bike.

I like an SPD clip for the stationary bike, my wife likes a free platform. Voila -- both in one product. As it is used inside only, not worried about stainless construction or sealed bearing. Holding up well after two months of moderate use.
