Developed for intermediate and technical terrain, the tubeless-ready Rekon 27.5" 3C/EXO+/TR MTB Tire from Maxxis has the versatility to tackle a wide range of trail conditions thanks to a variable knob profile.
Wide knobs down the middle provide control under braking and L-shaped side knobs assure support when carving loose turns. On the shoulders sit a diffusion of hefty and beveled knobs for clean cornering and rolling fast.
With a malleable casing and a grippy 3C Maxx Terra compound in the rubber, this tire provides a stable, smooth ride over trail irregularities and rough terrain.
Punctures and tears are less of a concern with this tire thanks to EXO+ protection.
