A real workhorse.

The Mavic Crossride 29" Wheelset delivers proven Mavic features at an entry level price. The 21 mm internal-width rims feature a short profile and hardened nipple seats for increased durability without adding too much weight. Straight blade steel spokes are stronger than traditional, J-bend spokes with improved aerodynamics.

The hubs feature oversize flanges, furthering overall strength with silky smooth QRM bearings, for great performance and easy maintenance, and the TS-2 freehub body uses improved pawls for incredibly reliable drive transmission. Alloy axles keep the weight low.

The Crossride 29 Inch Wheelset has a claimed weight of 2000 grams. The front wheel is compatible with 15 mm thru-axles right out of the box and can be converted for use with quick release forks (9x100 mm). The rear wheel is compatible with standard 9 x 135 mm quick releases, and 12 x 135 mm and 12 x 142 mm thru-axles. Quick releases, QR end caps, and rear 12 x 142 mm end caps are included. The hubs accept 6-bolt disc rotors only. 24 spoke count front and rear.

Rim Diameter: 622
