Lezyne Tubeless Pro Plugs are the most reliable solution for repairing a tubeless bike tire tread at home or in a workshop. I recently hit a huge rock and put a gash in my new Maxxis tires. I was super bummed because the tires literally had two rides on them. Doing a bit of research, I heard about these plugs. They have worked perfectly and sealed like new. Highly recommended and saved me from buying a new $100 tire!
I cringed when I got a shard of glass in a brand new Vittoria Corsa Pro with less than 50 miles on it. It's too expensive of a tire to just toss in the trash, and so I started looking for a way to repair it. The Lezyne Tubeless Pro Plugs look to be the answer. It was easy to apply and seems to seal well. The tire went on one of a second set of wheels I don't use in the winter, so I don't have real world time on the repaired tire yet. However, every time I've checked it, it's still holding pressure. We'll see in the Spring. Would I race on a plugged tire? Probably not, but I am hopeful it will be good enough to use as a training tire. The selection of sizes is nice.
