Description
Bring the floor pump to the trail.
Specifically designed for MTB tires, Lezyne's Micro Floor Drive HVG is a compact and meticulously designed aluminum hand pump that works just like your pump at home. This all thanks to a T-handle, hose and folding wire foot brace. All the pump's critical components, from the barrel and base to the shaft and handle are custom CNC-machined for precise operation and superior durability.
HV (High Volume) technology furthers the pump's efficiency, making it easy to fully inflate road tires in no time. The 60cm hose provides plenty of room for convenient road-side use, and an inline pressure gauge provides PSI and Bar information, letting you when you're ready to ride.
The Micro Floor Drive uses a flip-thread chuck which creates an airtight seal against the valve, eliminating the need to hold the pump head during inflation and helping prevent damage to fragile Presta needles. For easy removal, the ABS (Air Bleed System) allows the user to release air pressure in the pump hose after inflation -- no elbow grease required. The hose conveniently wraps around the pump handle for easy storage.
The Micro Floor Drive HVG measures 300mm long, weighs 225 grams (claimed) and inflates tires up to 90 PSI (6.2 Bar). For use with Presta and Schrader valves. Composite frame mounting bracket included.

This is a fabulous travel pump. I usually use CO2 when I'm riding around my home town, but I take two or three cycling trips a year and since you can't fly with CO2 and I can't count on getting any where I'm going, I use this every time I travel. It is surprisingly effective pumping up road tires to good pressure. In fact, it can easily pump the tire to considerably higher pressure than is optimal.
Since it's got a nice long hose and a little tab to put your foot on, it's easy to pump up the tire without worrying about damaging the value (which is a common problem with most frame mounted pumps).
And it's amazingly light. It's easy to through in your bag, and even if you're a weight weanie, you can easily carry this pump on your bike without feeling like you're lugging a lot of extra weight.
Highly recommended.
This works like a mini-floor pump so you won't wear out your arms pumping up a 4 tire. I was pleasantly surprised how well the on-bike mount worked. After 100 miles of gravel road the pump hadn't slipped down at all. The only negative is that I have to store the angle attachment in my seat bag because of the way everything screws together to stow the hose.
The Lezyne Micro Floor Drive is an excellent pump! The gauge is accurate as cross referenced to my standard large floor pumps. The gauge is any easy read.
Inflation is a breeze up to full PSI, with not very much effort with his handy little floor pump.
This pump is so reliable, accurate and easy to use, that I have one in each frame bag of three different bikes that I have used on very long bike tours.
Quality to be expected from Lezyne. Light weight and sturdy, great for traveling either on or with your bike. Small handle and foot stabilizer make this pump a great tool for getting those last few difficult pumps in if youre looking for high PSI/kp for your smooth roads.
Only (small) negative is the foot stabilzer is a little short and a bit challenging to grab with road shoes on and sometimes feel a bit unstable as if about to bend. Pumping with focused patience needed (i.e., dont rush).
