Perpetuem can be used in several ways, by mixing in different strengths, light to heavy bottles....or mixing into paste and using from a flask....If used correctly you can train all day long without touching solid food...It's amazing stuff....

Not often does a product work as advertised but this stuff works wonders. I just completed a 12 hour ultra-race using this as my only fuel as a test for the rest of my season. I felt great had energy to spare with no stomach upset. I drank one 21oz bottle with one scoop of mix every hour and that was it. I did eat one bar early on in the race but no other food. I didnt feel starved at the end and I could immediately eat real food. I will be using this product for the rest of my year racing and training.
