Gore Bike Wear's Element Gore-Tex® Pant provides reliable weather protection for the recreational cyclist. Constructed with Gore-Tex® Active fabric, these pants are waterproof, windproof, and breathable for all-day defense against the elements, and a reinforced seat means they're just as durable as they are protective. Pre-shaped knees and a flat drawstring at the waist add comfort, and the Velcro® adjustable cuffs further seal out the rain and keep the pants from getting caught in your chain. For convenient storage, a zippered stow pocket is featured on the back. Reflective accents are printed on all sides for enhanced visibility.

The product definitely protected me from the elements but the fit did not work.

I was not happy with the fit. I'm 5'6 and even the small was way too long. The bottom of the pant did not enough Velcro to pull the pant in tightly so it would not get caught in the chain. The medium was baggy but the small seemed too restricting in the thigh and felt short waisted. They actually kept sliding down on my waist as I biked. I should have put them on and biked down the road so I would have known how they felt while on the saddle.
