For the best experience, it is recommended to keep the cassette on your trainer consistent with the one you are running on your bike.

It works as described. Follow the instruction on how to remove the existing freehub and carefully installing this XDR freehub without issue. Note: Make sure you select the right �Type#� based on your current mode number.
