Description

Stealth Tire Repair, Ready When You Need It

Riders of all disciplines are looking for ways to tuck tools out of sight with easy access. No need to store in you fanny pack, pocket, a harness, tool kit or other gadget clinging to your bike. Install the Dynaplug Covert Tactical bar End Tire Repair Kit and you'll be ready to remedy punctures no matter what you shred.

This kit keeps your Dynaplugs handy by integrating a small aluminum housing that also protects a plug tip when not in use. With a couple turns of the removable tool, you're ready to make a repair.

The MTB Tool boasts a rugged, Armor Black Cerakote® ceramic coating (limited launch edition) over black anodized aluminum for added resiliency from the abuse of the trails. The Covert Drop Tool boasts a smaller diameter end cap (23.8mm/0.938in) that blends with your bar tape. Both are laser engraved with a topographical design.

Install requires a handlebar with minimum ID of 18.42mm/0.725in. 1/8" set screws are preinstalled in the housing; use supplied wrench to tighten and screw in the tool.

Features:

  • 3 standard soft tip plugs and 1 Megaplug (MTB)
  • 4 standard soft tip plugs (Drop)
  • Minimum Handlebar ID: 18.42mm/0.725in
  • Tube is Hardened 304 Stainless Steel
  • Weight: 42g (MTB) / 35g (Drop)
  • Limited Lifetime Warranty
  • Made in USA
  • PAT 8,707,829 and other patents pending

I had one flat in my shop and used it and it works great. An ideal solution. Little bit of trouble mounting to the handlebar, but not too bad. Super cool.
