There is a subtle science to Clément's airport-code-inspired naming system. The aggressive FRJ is named in honor of Frejus, France where loose trail conditions are hardly uncommon, but throwing down is still a top priority.
To maximize speed and control, the FRJ's unique tread features low profile center knobs with plenty of open space. Larger side lugs bite down in the corners, so you stay upright in loose conditions, and a Kevlar reinforcement spans the sidewall and tread for hassle-free performance.
This version of the Clément FRJ tire features a slightly more affordable 60 TPI casing. 30-65 recommended PSI. Folding bead. 650b (27.5) x 2.25 Inch (57-584 ISO).
Note: The 650b tire size is sometimes referred to as "27.5 inch." This tire is not compatible with 26 or 29 inch wheels.
