Grind Gravel With Confidence
The Challenge Gravel Grinder Race TLR 650b Tire combines a fast-rolling diamond center with aggressive shoulder knobs that only bite when the terrain gets soft, muddy, or a bit sketchy.
With the 650B rim diameter, these tires allow you to feel more nimble on the dirt, and with the wide 46mm width you don't have to worry about bumps and rocks being too much for your bike.
While many of Challenge's previous tires are right at home on gravel, they wanted this one to be specially tailored for longer, more demanding rides where tire width and flat protection are at a premium. To this end, they gave the Gravel Grinder Race their Double Puncture Protection System (PPS2) resulting in great durability and dependability with comfort and stability on uneven and loose terrain. With file tread in the center, the Gravel Grinder roles smoothly, but still grips turns thanks to its more aggressive shoulder knobs.
- Extremely supple 120TPI Nylon Superlight casing
- Attractive brown sidewall
- Fast-rolling diamond center tread
- Aggressive shoulder knobs
