The new Campagnolo Ekar C13 chain is a vital element of the Ekar mechanical groupset, providing a bombproof, efficient drive through the most taxing gravel conditions and ensuring an enhanced degree of chain stability. Strong and durable, the Ekar C13 chain delivers impressively on all fronts.
Just 4.9mm wide, the C13 chain is 0.25mm narrower than the highly efficient Campagnolo 12-speed chain but delivers the same performance and strength that Campagnolo chains are renowned for. The C13 chain mates effectively with the wide-narrow teeth design of Ekar's 1x13-speed chainrings and cassettes for a positive, efficient, low-friction, high-security drive.
Despite its narrow profile, the C13 chain is very strong; its C60 steel inner links have a Nickel-Teflon surface treatment to withstand the higher rate of wear found in the deepest of gravel conditions.
This version of the Ekar C13 chain utilizes Campagnolo's new C-Link, for even easier removal and cleaning. The C13 is exceptionally strong and efficient – whether you're pounding the gravel-racing circuit or exploring trails in the backcountry, your drivetrain is only as solid as its chain!
