If you have sensitive skin like I do and you have sensitive parts that need a little bid of grease to keep away those pesky friction burns then Body Glide Sports Stick is for you! Nips chafing? Undo the cap, roll up the deodorant like stick and rub it on your nubs, whamo, no more chafing! Got those friction burns in your freaky bits? Simply apply, and no more chafing! Better yet, Body Glide does not come off when wet. It doesn't matter if it's Stinky sweat, and nasty mid summer lake water. It doesn't even rub off when all you sick folks pee on the bike leg! I use it to prevent chafing from clothing, and rubbing from contact with seat while pedaling. I like it because it goes on easy and soothing to the touch, it does not cake or itch. Also easy to remove with soap and water and is safe to use with my sensitive skin.

Don't leave home without it!
I put it on all over my body. Responds well in high heat conditions and protects those vital areas where chaffing can occur.

This is a standard piece of equipment for triathlers, probably because it works well and lasts a long time. It's one of those things that you don't really notice when it's working but you'd definitely notice if you forgot to use it. Besides the normal anti-chafe uses, I use this as a zipper lubricant (especially useful for 45NRTH's boots).
