The Cobbles Conqueror

The A. Dugast Paris-Roubaix Tubular Road Tire is a pro competition tire for rough surfaces. A knurled center and herringbone shoulder tread structure made with high-quality rubber guarantee optimum grip on both dry and wet road surfaces.

The Paris-Roubaix tire is an excellent choice for use in the spring, when weather conditions are often uncertain. This tire has been specially developed to ride well in bad weather and on bad roads.

This pavé punisher is available with two casings to suit your needs. A 100% cotton casing with 536 TPI offers increased puncture resistance, more elasticity, lower rolling resistance and better handling in corners. Flying Doctor casing is made of 87.5% cotton and 12.5% kevlar with 402 TPI. It's lighter than regular cotton casing with more resistant sidewalls against sharp edges. This casing remains steady in the most extreme corners even at low pressures.

A Neoprene Coating made from a 0.1 mm-thick layer of silicon applied with a brush to the tire casing fills the empty spaces in the yarn. This coating prevents water and debris from penetrating the casing and extends their lifetime.

A. Dugast is the leading brand in cotton and silk tubular tires for cyclocross, track, and road racing. A. Dugast tires are handmade in the Netherlands by true craftsmen of bicycle tires. Through their expertise, yarns, glue and rubber are assembled to create some of the finest tubulars available in the market.
