Good stand for setting up bikes for the days ride.

I use this just as a temp stand to hold bikes while I lube chains, pump tires, and get them set up for the day's ride. Works for our singles and (carefully) for our tandem. Would be nice if it had a little more lateral stability, but on the plus side it fits all bike tires from race, to commuter, to mtn bike widths. It's really handy.

Pleasure to Use

When I started cycling in 1990, I took a maintenance course at my LBS. Ball bearings, quill stems, downtube shifters, steel frames. I bought a Park PC1 works and that was fine at the time. Now, at age 66, I decided to get an adjustable stand that could securely hold my Scott carbon frame. After doing some online research, bought this stand from Western Bikeworks. Competitive pricing, free shipping, no sales tax. Light, easy to store, easy to use. A bit of an issue with the front fork mount, but that's a function of the Addict fork dropout design. No longer have to jam the top tube into the stand jaws without clamping the carbon tube, only to have it wiggle loose. Love the adjustability of this stand.

So far, so good

Convenient way to store my bikes for easy access. Holds my steel 29 MTB decently. My road bike feels super solid.

Best for the buck!

Forget all those $100 modern wall-mounted racks that just look pretty. The Feedback Velo Wall Rad 2D is built to last. Doesn't fell flimsy and I can trust it to hold my $9k to $12k bikes 8-feet off the ground. The soft rubber cradles are designed not to pinch external brake cabling which is AWESOME! Two thumbs up... way up!
