Something wicked this way comes. Topolino takes their already incredible wheels to the next level with the introduction of their TrueBlack line. Topolino reinvented the bicycle wheel with their carbon/kevlar spokes which have proven to be incredibly light yet strong and stiff with great dampening properties. The new TrueBlack spokes feature 50 percent greater carbon content for higher tensile strength and lateral stiffness. The spokes are also fully black for a stealth and fast aesthetic. Each spoke runs through the hub flange from one side of the rim to the other and by being bonded to the flange eliminates weak points at the hub that can cause flex or spoke failure.

Carbon Core hub is stronger and lighter than typical 6061-T6 aluminum hubs and the molded construction allows design features that cannot be replicated by machining. 7075-T6 freehub body is heat treated after forging and hard anodized for an alloy body that is incredibly strong and durable. Three steel pawls with 24 engagement points for instant power transfer. High precision ABEC-5 sealed cartridge bearings are smooth, durable, and oversized to handle radial loads.

Light weight 20mm deep alloy rim with welded joint and machined braking surface increases durability, offers more reliable stopping power and attacks in the hills. 24 spokes front laced 2 cross with 30 spokes rear laced 2 cross non-drive and 3 cross drive-side.

Includes titanium shaft quick-release skewers and wheel magnet. Clincher tires only. Size 700c (19-622 ISO). 1404 grams per set (weighed without included skewers).
