The redesigned Red Rear Derailleur uses SRAM's proven Exact Actuation technology, delivering crisp, precise changes throughout the shifting range. New optimized AeroGlide Pulleys feature a vibration dampening construction and efficient ceramic bearings. A chain pulley cage has also been added for precise chain management, making this the most silent Red derailleur to date.

To improve clearance with 28T cassettes, the Red Rear Derailleur features an extended B-knuckle] allowing you to hit the low gears with ease when conquering the climbs. Gram shaving touches include carbon Cages, carbon inner links, a hollow Titanium anchor bolt and a Titanium Pinch bolt.

The SRAM Red Rear Derailleur is compatible with all SRAM DoubleTap Shifters. 28T max cog size. 145g (actual).
