Description
Maximum power transfer, minimum weight.
SRAM's redesigned Red crankset benefits from Exogram technology, an innovative design process featuring a hollow carbon cross section that extends all the way to the spider. This result is incredibly rigid yet light as a feather.
The new X Glide R chainrings are constructed from extra thick 5mm CNC machined alloy to further aid rigidity, and advanced shift timing pins and ramps provide fast, reliable gear changes. The new rings are also specifically optimized for use with the YAW Front Derailleur. A hidden fifth bolt attaches directly to the carbon arm for a further degree of stiffness while presenting a totally streamlined appearance. The stunning two-toned finish perfectly compliments the other Red components.
The SRAM Red Exogram Crankset is available in Standard (53/39T) and Compact (50/34T) chainring configurations. Compatible with SRAM GXP Bottom Brackets and the Red Yaw Front Derailleur only. Bottom bracket sold separately. Various arm lengths. 613g (actual; 172.5mm).
