This Skins top is perfect for post ride recovery. I use this along with the compression tights for my post ride stretch Yoga. Also find this is the best combo for Yamuna Body Rolling. Also have the sleeveless version.

I have purchased SKINS compression shirts and SKINS compression cycling bibshorts from WBW. I have used the shirts when cycling, weight lifting,and on my rowing machine. I have worn the shirt in both cold and warm weather conditions.I have more than one shirt and bibshorts, therefore I would recommend using SKINS gear.
