Description The new Pro model of the Sidi Genius 5 road bike shoes upgrade to the Millennium 3 carbon/nylon sole. The sole has a structure very similar to that found on the Genius 5.5 and Energy 2 where carbon is injected into a nylon skeleton. The sole is rigid where it needs to be and flexible at the right spots for foot movement while helping reduce road vibration. The Ultra SL buckle and padded arch strap keep the feet secure and comfortable and can be adjusted on the bicycle. Heel cup prevents dreaded heel lift. Mesh vent sections keep the feet cool while cycling. Lorica upper material has the great qualities of leather in a synthetic. Compatible with 3-bolt pedal/cleat systems only.
Mega version for wide feet.
Note: If you are using Shimano SPD-SL pedals, it is recommended that you use the Shimano SPD-SL 10mm cleat fixing bolt set as the standard 8.5mm Shimano bolts have a tendency to strip the threads of Sidi shoes.
