Only a little more expensive than the Double Century jacket, the Women's Touring jacket is well worth the money for the year round commuter. You get pockets, larger pit zips, and a protective rain skirt that can be tucked away - perfect for keeping clothes dry, and your necessities on hand. The bright yellow color helps keep you visible on the road.
