If you ever thought about switching to tubeless, there is no better way to start. I know that there is more expensive option (Dura Ace) or less (converting using Stans' kit), but this is the best way to enter this exciting tubeless world.
I mounted Hutchinson Fusion 3 on these. Of course you have to either trnasfere the cassette from the old bike over, I just put on a new one I bought. The whole process took about 2 hrs. And I probably never go back to regular tubed clincher again.
Not only my speed improved, climbing is better too. And smooth, so smooth ride. I rode with lower pressure on the tires (95 rear - 90 front). Tubeless helps, but the wheelset played a big part.
I was worried that the wheels won't support my weight (195lbs), but trust Shimano, so I jsut did it. Now, after 500 miles, I have no worries. Wheels are still true, no popped spokes.
