The Custom fit insole can be heated in a home oven and then molded to the foot by standing in the shoe while it's still warm. Also provided are additional supports for both the arch and metatarsal pads which can be placed on the insole after it cools. For the best molding results, they can be vacuum-fitted at an Authorized Shimano footwear dealer.
