Description
Shimano's popular multi-activity cycling gets even more comfortable for 2011.
The SH-MT33L Touring Shoe has been updated with the Volume + last and a more accommodating toe box so it doesn't restrict or bind, and feels great both on the bike and off. The lugged rubbed tread provides traction on pavement, hiking trails and virtually anywhere else your travels take you, and Shimano's recessed center area means you're not wearing down expensive pedal cleats while walking.
Additional features:
Glass fiber reinforced sole for stiffness and just enough flex
Removable cleat plate
Traditional lace-up design with lace keeper loop
For use with two bolt SPD (MTB-style) cleats

Good quality, shoe runs narrow, cleated area pushes to hard into sole of foot

I bike commute 14 miles to work 5 days a week and ride 50 miles on the weekend. The shoe materials are very good but the shoe is narrower that I thought it would be. Also the cleat pushes into the sole of the foot and becomes painful after awhile. Have tried extra padding but this does not work. I recommend these shoes for people with long narrow feet who don't push hard on the pedals.
