The Di2 FD-7970 Front Derailleur offers amazingly accurate shifting performance thanks to the friction-free electronic system and worm drive, which eliminate the pull and pull-back associated with standard cable driven derailleur set-ups.
The programmed motion of the cage also does away with chain drop, and the self-trimming design automatically adjusts the derailleur's position relative to the rear cog being engaged, making chain rub a thing of the past as well. Limit screws are still set manually, so once properly set-up for your bike, the FD-7970 shifts perfectly every time.
Compatible with Compact or Standard double cranks. Braze-on only (adapter clamps available separately). Sold as derailleur only with no cables. 121g.
