The RoadStar triple rubber compound delivers excellent traction on wet or dry surfaces, with water dispersing channels for a little extra piece of mind when cornering. This multi-density rubber is also hard wearing where its needed most, so the Marathon Supreme is still rolling long after many other tires would have called it quits.
Schwalbe's HD SpeedGuard puncture protection breaker uses tightly woven fibers to keep sharp objects out without taking on too much weight or sacrificing a supple ride. The LiteSkin sidewall material is also incredibly cut resistant yet light, and the Supreme's folding bead construction furthers the weight savings even more.
