Pearl Izumi's updated Knee Warmer is more comfortable than ever thanks to their new anatomic construction. The Thermal Knee Warmer won't restrict or bunch during pedal strokes and accommodates a full range of motion during your ride. P.R.O. Thermal Fleece panels keep the warmth in while the nylon exterior keeps the weather out. Polyester backing ensures optimal moisture wicking. Cushioned elastic grippers. Black with Reflective logos.

Well, I used these on a cold Saturday morning ride, and I'll have to say they did not live up to my expectations.

They are definitely warm, and they fit real well around my legs, except, there's no silicone at the top. There's plenty at the bottom, and they never moved an inch from my calf, but they slid down constantly from my thighs. They fell down while riding, and they really fell down when I'd stand to pull away from a light.

I'd steer clear of these, unless I got a defective pair, or you enjoy riding with one hand, so you can pull these back up all the time.

Works Great When They Stay Up.

Nice construction. Ergonomically designed. Fairly thick and fleecy inside so great for colder weather. Works great (stays put) under tight cycling shorts like the Pearl Izumi Pro shorts I have but not so well under my Sugoi mtn. biking short w built in liner and chamois. No matter how much I pull them up, they eventually creep down so I have to stop and re adjust, total buzz kill. If you own the PI pro shorts go ahead and get these, if not, you may have to do some fiddling around. I think if the fabric had more elasticity and created more compression, this problem wouldn't exist.
