Description The FR-1 is required to remove or install Shimano®, Sachs Aris®, and Sun Race® freewheels. Heat treated alloy steel construction with a one inch base for use with a wrench or bench vise. Thin wall construction doesn't require removal of cones and locknuts. 56g.
Note: This tool is designed to remove thread-on freewheels. It is not to be confused the FR-5 tool which is designed to remove cassette lockrings from freehub bodies.

This is a reasonably price tool that does what it claims. It is not some cheap, soft metal thing that only works one time. I have used it repeatedly and it still works fine.
