This is a great lightweight racing tire. Plenty of traction for a low profile tire and plenty fast. I'm a big fan of the higher volume 2.2 XC tire. The only limitations I've found with this tire is sloppy, wet trails. Even then it still handles, corners, and brakes predictability - but you will lose some traction on the steep climbs and off camber cornering, a small compromise for blazing speed. If you want one tire for the race season, look no further.

I love these tires mounted right up on my stan's crest wheels just a scoop of stan's sealer and a handpump, fast rolling tires with good grip .
