Description Mavic's entry-level Aksium wheels are now available as a fully integrated wheel and tire system, delivering outstanding performance and head turning looks at an economical price.
To ensure precise handling, the included tires have been specially optimized for the new Aksium wheels. An extra durable compound keeps them rolling longer, and consistent wheel and tire graphics offer a few extra style points too.
The wheels themselves feature light 6106 aluminum rims with 24mm front and rear profiles and hardened spoke junctions. UB milled sidewalls and wear indicators ensure precise braking and let you know when it's time to replace.
The Askium Wheel System weighs 2432g (tires, tubes and wheels). Claimed weight for the wheels by themselves is 1735g. Black rims with Red graphics. Choose Shimano/SRAM 8/9/10 or Campagnolo 9/10/11 compatible versions.
