I have a half dozen long sleeve base layers. Each has pros and cons, but this is my favorite all-around. While surprised at the warmth it provides given its smooth, thin texture and light weight, it also wicks well as advertised. Not really a compression fit, but snug. Compared to many competing products from higher profile bike-specialist brands, they are attractively priced. Why pay more for this kind of performance?
