The triple butted high grade aluminum frame features a tapered headtube, and delivers a blend of stiffness and weight savings comparable to carbon bikes, but at a fraction of the price.
The new CX-specific "Bull Dog" carbon fork furthers the weight savings while offering superior vibration dampening and more efficient cable routing. The fork use a crown mounted housing stop for better stopping power and modulation up front.
The AX 2.0 features a solid blend of components selected for durability, performance and price. Highlights include a Shimano 105 drivetrain, FSA cranks and cockpit, Avid brakes and Concept SL wheels.
