Like its pricier counterparts, the 2011 Focus Izalco Team Replica is largely based on the top-of-the-line 2010 Team Milram frame you may have seen in last year's Tour de France. The slightly more affordable component selection is well suited for competition, training or leading the pack on your local club ride.

The German-engineered carbon frame design uses the Stable Stiffness per Size system, where the tubing diameter is increased in relation to the tube's length. This means that larger bikes don't sacrifice stiffness, and frames of every size respond exceptionally.

The Carbon Layup construction process produces thinner tubes which reduce weight and increase stiffness throughout. Highly compressed and strengthened Carbon dropouts shave weight over aluminum designs and reduce flex even more at this critical power transfer location. Internal cable tunnels provide a clean a look and aerodynamic advantage, while also increasing torsional stiffness.

Component highlights include SRAM Force shifters, drivetrain and cranks (BB30), DT Swiss R 1900 wheels, and an FSA cockpit.
