Diadora X-Country 2 MTB Shoe

I needed new MTB shoes. My old ones were just that, old. I had been using them for a number of seasons, and though I could have gotten a few more, they were heavy and not very rigid.

What a difference these make. Decently light, without being flimsy or fragile, and they are quite stiff, while not uncomfortable off the bike.

All around, worth the money. The Price match function was great. I saved a considerable amount by shopping around!

Shoes are true to size. I wear a 45 in Ecco street shoes, 46 in Specialized cycling shoes, and the Diadora 45 is what fits me best.

The soles are very stiff, have great traction.

Well padded uppers, and room to fit my orthotic insoles.

The best part for me is the easily adjustable ratcheting top strap, which can be customized to your specific foot.

This shoe has worked out good for me. It seems to be good quality, I have only had it for a couple months and hope to get at least 2 years out of them. The buckle system works fine, its supper quick and easy to dial in. I was disappointed with the weight, much heavier then I thought it would be. The sole is stiff enough for biking, but I can still walk normal in them. I am happy with my purchase overall.
