Description A new tread design and the addition of a Vectran breaker and Black Chili compound make the Attack/Force set of race tires one of the fastest sets around. The new tread has water channels on the shoulders and a fast slick center tread for speed, stability and grip in all conditions. Front tire is 22mm wide for speed and cornering; the rear takes most of the rider's weight and is 24mm wide for extra traction and durability.
Conti's Black Chili compound incorporates tiny rubber compound particles to provide the ultimate combination of tire selling points: enhanced grip (more points of contact with the road surface), reduced wear (particles are more tightly bound to each other), and lowered rolling resistance (tire structure is more flexible). The Vectran breaker is tough but supple, so you don't have to sacrifice comfort and low rolling resistance for puncture protection.

These are the best tires I've had yet! The tire set is pretty light! Rolling resistance is almost nonexistent. Cornor great and NO FLATS! Look sharp too! But...I have to tell you, the rear tire only lasted 1500K miles!! The drawback here is these tires are a set-22mm on the front & 24mm rear! So, now I have a mixed mached set of tires on my bike! The front tire still looks fine - tred & graphics - & is going strong. I am on the fence as to weather or not to buy another set of AttackForce because of the two different sizes. I will probably go to the GP400s - same compound,but both tires are 23mm, with the ability to buy a single tire!
