The Clif Shot Blocks come in a convenient package, taste good, and offer a quick boost of energy. For longer rides, they're best paired with another fuel source that's slower burning. Best of all, you don't have to eat them all at once like a gel - they won't leave a sticky mess if you put the half-eaten package back in your pocket. A variety of flavors offer caffeine, and the margarita flavor is great for hot days, offering 3x sodium. A must have for the avid rider.
