Great light for commuting. However, you need to be mindful of the run time. Once it goes into the low battery warning mode you better be at your destination in about 4 minutes or otherwise the light goes dead. Dropping it into flash mode when the low battery warning appears gives you about 15 minutes of run time before it goes dead. I have 50 minute commute in the dark both ways and I'm thinking about getting a secondary charging cord setup at work.
