These are nice warm leg warmers. They stay up really well and feel very supportive. I've been wearing them when it's not cold enough to wear my Castelli tights. I tend to wear these leg warmers when the temp. is around 45 when I start a ride. We always start our rides by east to the top of the Berkeley hills so we get warm but then we have a chilly descent through redwoods. It's difficult to dress for rides in our area because of the bay fog, hills and then warmer temps. on the other side of the hills. These leg warmers work well.
